okay this is serious dont turn me away or just read it and shame cause thats what keep happening okay im 15 5 foot 4 and i weigh 168 yeah i know im large but what can i do to change that i run everyday drink lots of wet and do sit ups everynight but theres no differences i have no money to buy stuff so what can i do what is a apposite meal plan for someone beside very predetermined choices and what is a good exercise rouutine please HELP I DONT WANT TO BE REALLY FAT WHEN IM OLDER please please please

Answers:    1. Cut down on ALL SUGAR (candy etc). If you can't cut your sugar, in recent times have one article with sugar respectively day. Keep up the running and sittups too. Tell your parents to stop buying the extra sweets and snacks around the house. Try to replace these with hygienic, colorful food. Have a goal on how masses calories you want to consume each daytime and write them down. Try to do as much exercising as possible. It may seem resembling your diet and exerise may take forever to lose counterbalance, but you will overtime.
u need a DOCTOR hun!.bring an exam for wat type of diet pills u should get..sit ups wont purely work..u need to move about other things...lift weights...run on treadmill..exercise/workout everyday for 30 minutes...salsa lessons...plenty of things that will support u lose weight!
