Keeping track of your spell?
Answers: When you first get it, most probable you wont get it alike time each month for for a while while. Starting out, they're usually irregular, but should come within a week or so of what's typical.
It should come roughly about every 28 days, but not everyone's time of year comes perfectly every month.
What I would suggest is keeping track on a calendar. Just put for a time star on the day that you start it, and count four weeks ahead, and put another little star. This track, you know *about* when it should come, and at least you will be prepared.
Good luck!
The "textbook" time frame is 28 days. It could be more, it could be smaller quantity. You start counting on the first day of your interval - count 28 days, mark it, later wait and see. :) every woman is different and your term will not always be on the cycle, its great if your term is 'on time' but for most women it fluctuates. when i was younger my term would come ever 6-8 weeks
ok firstly not everyones period is regular, associates sometimes get it adjectives over the place or sometimes on exact cycle. The normal cycle is a 28 afternoon cycle. say you get your periods today consequently you count 28 days from today and that is when your spell is due. mine always alternates between a 28 or 29 daylight cycle. i am regular and can tell exactly when i'll go and get my periods, also you may bring back symptoms just beforehand you get them, resembling back pains or stomach pains, i receive headaches for two days and afterwards my periods
