Nose Surgery?

I was wondering in the region of plastic surgery. I've heard when you carry nose plastic surgery, you're obverse can catch aflame? Is this true?

Answers:    Fires occurring during surgical procedures are very, greatly rare. I saw a documentary on this once, but I can't remember what cause the fires.

Surgeons usually take intensely great care to ensure that this sort of point does not happen. Here is a relevant article: http://www.mdsr.ecri.org/summary/detail.
i don't believe so but i do know one thing:

YOUR NOSE IS PERFECT! DON'T RISK MESSING IT UP WITH SURGERY!
The risk of catching your facade on fire is because of the oxygen. During surgery they use what is call a "bovie" which cauterizes bleeding vessels and what not. That can ignite the oxygen which cause a burn.
