Answers:    The accurate news is that you don't choose a medical specialty until you're almost done next to medical school.

You unquestionably CAN become both an anesthesiologist and an OB/GYN, but you'd have to do two separate residencies. Anesthesia is 4 years and OB/GYN is another 4 years. You wouldn't earn any further money by having two specialties, and one specialty is adequate to keep anyone busy as tons hours as they want to work.

Starting salaries for ANY physician alter widely, and depend on the area of the country, type of practice (academic vs. private), type of group, and a zillion other things that you shouldn't even be concerned next to, unless you're finishing your residency and actually looking ofr a mission.

Insurance costs also vary depending on which state you're contained by, whether it's a claims made or occurrence policy, the procedures you want coverage for, your coverage borders, and other things. It might be as low as $15-20,000 a year or over $100,000 a year. That's up to the insurance company that writes your coverage.

And about human being a perv... if you go to medical arts school, you'll have your hand in places you'd never thought you would. If that puts you bad, steer clear of medicine.
Are you surrounded by medical school? Something within your questioning doesn't nouns quite right. Anyway you can bring a rough idea re stipend on the Kaiser website. Roughly 225K for Anesthesiology and obgyn. If you specialize in obgyn and do a fellowship it's around 300K. These are rough estimates. If the thought of associates calling you weird or a perv is what comes to your mind when thinking roughly becoming an ob/gyn, then you inevitability to reconsider. There is nil strange, abnormal or shameful surrounded by dealing with the robustness of women and helping to bring life into this world. The medical area is a serious and rewarding profession and there are oodles specialties to choose from. Do some research online about the different specialties of prescription and choose a profession that you would enjoy base on what you would like to ultimately do; not base on salary or other people's opinion. It takes a tangible dedication from the heart, but is well worth it.
