Can a doctor really know lacking doing test?
I was diagnosed near PCOS about 5 years ago. The doctor did blood work consequently and all kind of tests but she didnt do a sonogram or an ultrasound to in actuality see if I have the cysts on my ovaries. Anyway, I changed doctors and the alien doctor that I started seeing last week did the pap smear but said she didnt quality any cycts on my ovaries. She sent me for blood work but I dont go pay for to get the results until this thursday. So my give somebody the third degree is: Can a doctor tell if you enjoy PCOS or cysts on your ovaries just by intuition?
Answers: They can't tell that you don't hold it by feeling.
They may know how to confirm you have it (in extreme cases), but across the world you can't tell from foreboding.

I have cysts on my ovaries that showed up on a CT scan I have done of my abdomen, but the doctor never feel them during exams. If the cysts are small, they may be hard to discern. Blood work is going to show the hormonal imbalances usually allied to PCOS. The cysts may only be see in an ultrasound, especially if they're small.
