Menstrual blood is reasonably thick compared to regular blood. Because maxi pad don't work as well as they claim most of the time. Some enjoy better absorbency then others. Always works all right. You could also carry wipe with you, they market them in like area as the maxi pad there for freshly this reason. I contemplate it's vagasil or Summers eve brand that has these wipe.
