Girls, I requirement your support!!?

God, I have hideous cramps, the kind where on earth you have to lay curled surrounded by a ball on your bed and you can't gain up. I've always have bad cramps whenever I attain my period and today is no exception its a short time ago that I'm in college and I hold a class in an hour and I own to go!! I lately know I can't sit through an hour and half approaching this!!

So far I took two motrins about 15 min ago.

Any guidance??

By the way, I live contained by a dorm, so taking hot baths is out of the question.

Answers:    This is what i do to alleviate my cramps... Do u have an electric pad/warmer or a hot pack/hot sack?? You shud apply a hot pack/electric pad to ur tummy and lower vertebrae as well as tail bone. This will totally mitigate out the pain. I do this and my anguish is gone within mins. Good luck.
find someone who have a tylenol 4. Motrin you can take up to 800 milligrams undamagingly.

Do you have a heat pad?

Massage the bottom parts of your put a bet on.
heating wipe always works newly set it on your stomach/back it helps ALOT!! i other double doasage my drugs too
plus midol helps alot too You necessitate Midol.I have horrific period too and Midol is a life depositor. No other pain releiver even touches my cramp plus it helps next to moods and bloating too. Also drink lots of water.
you poor piece...
a doctor would give u professional guidance. You could ask your doctor if you could go on the Pill, that help.
Eat a big old tablet of chocolate, that'll sooth it or a while.
Sitting up straight will help when your within your class, not scrunching down, as the strectching motion help.
Excercise for a bit, yoga, pilates etc, that definetly helps!
Heat up a Hot Water Bottle and hold on to it pressed by your side , if the pain doesnt be in motion away try taking some panadols or do some excersise Try to take a powernap. Whenever that happens to me I lift a couple advils and a 20 minute nap and I'm fine when I wake up up, and I get horrible cramps close to that too.
Try getting a warm washcloth and lay it on the place where your cramps are the worst.Just go it on there for as long as you requirement and relax.

Hope I helped!
afterwards there is no proposal! i am sorry I totally sympathise!! i get incredibly scratchy cramps and the best way ive found is by taking nurofen tablets which contain ibuprofen. its help me in olden times!

and also having a hotwater bottle, and doing calm sport help too. :) grasp well soon!
Well usually when I own my period cramps I stand up walking around because it hurts too much to sit. But surrounded by your case you hold to sit, so I suggest you run to the store and get some bengay pad and put one on your back, and by than the drug you took should have started to filch affect. what about drinking some chocolate or getting a hot water bottle or something heat up and put it on your stomache, it really works with me :)
I know this is going to nouns crazy but why don't you take any more motrin. I usually have desperate cramps too every month and I usually have to lug more than two pills at a time. I'll take similar to three at one time and it usually helps next to the pain. Don't verbs your not going to die or anything from taking 3 at a time. I've done this for years. Since you have to be within class really soon I thought this would be the quickest thing to obtain you through. Can you get to a drug store and buy icy-hot patch? Put one on your lower abdomen, and one on your lower stern. You will fell so much better. And right before your class stake extra relif advil. It will be paid you feel so much better. Do not bear more than two though because it will make you sick. This is the best i can do, hope this help! Good luck sweetie!
You could get a bottle of hot hose down and put it where it hurts. Then, gain a bottle of ice cold marine and put it (a) the same place! Good Luck! =) Try Hylands homeopathic med for menstrual cramps or even extra magnesium(buy a part mag supplement for it to be absorbed well), heat pad.
try not to expect about it. I hold advil, it helps me the best... i tried everything. Talk to trainer if you can go home, you can't study anyways. I own the same promblem. Are you on birth control? See your doctor and speak about them the severity of your pain and they will be capable of give you a birth control that will create your periods easier. It take a couple of months to be fully effective but you'll identify your periods getting easier, and shorter. I be the same means of access, cramping so bad I'd vomit adjectives day, but immediately my periods are approaching any other day. (I'm on Noryinal) For presently, avoid drinking pop and eating too much chocolate. They trademark you cramp worse. Advil has other been my go savior. Lay with a heat pad until you hold to go, and if going to walmart is an remedy, thermacare has heated pad especially for menstrual cramps to put on your belly. Drinking lots of water help keep your body flushed out and make cramps easier. Are you active? Do you run or play sports? Just jog three times a week on your off time will cause your periods easier.
shift to your matron and ask for a hot water bottle. and lay down next to it this helps soooo much i love the hunch of laying here with a hot sea bottle. and also if possible stay past its sell-by date your college class you need rest!! these exercises other seem 2 facilitate me

suck your stomach in and after release your stomach
