Really bleak gas/bloating during your cycle?
Anyone have any planning? Gas-X does not work to elivate the pressure. It makes everything discomfited, even using the pot.

It's real and for me it is up now. I be so full of gas this morning that I had to fart contained by the car every ten minutes, similar to six times on the way to work and respectively time it reeked resembling a family of small departed animals were below my car form. Even though the blower was on it wouldn't travel away and it was too cold to overt the windows. My poor bf rides to work next to me and he thought he was going to die.
The rationale as far as I know is that hormones change the agency your intestines absorb marine and so first you bloat up with soft and everything runs dry and you get constipated - consequently you quit retaining fluid and the intestines run suddenly moist, at which time everything that's been retained get hydrated and with adjectives that moisture it putrifies and you wind up near nasty gas.
I reflect on you are trapping gas in the dry section of the process - so I'd try a stool softener right then. It should allow the gas to come out around the retained solids, if you know what I propose.
Simenthecone should help, but it's unsophisticatedly Gas-X...you should probably see your doctor. It could be other issues. thats normal
