Pad for 9hrs? Help!?
I'm planning on doing a 'stay up all night' so will my flow be bulky when usually at this time I would be sleeping?
Answers: OK. Listen I have gone through this formerly. As long as you don't do a ton of activity your flow at dark is MUCH lighter than during the day. also, Toilet article can help but it dries out your Vulva and sometimes you can win yeast infections or cuts. Just wear a really big pad or you can put a smaller wipe OVER the bigger pad to put together it thicker. then you singular put away the smaller pads and the larger ones of late sits on your underwear and hardly get wet. and don't spray down at hand unless it is with river. It is a very sensitive bit and can get infected moderately easily. Good luck!
firstly, metamorphosis your pad. thats disgusting have it on for that amount of time. of course its going to smell! your covering up aged blood with unusual blood becasue your not changing it. you can also procure infections. sort yourself out. if u go to the potty every know and next and press on it to take out some of the blood u should be fine
Just amend your pad at conventional intervals! EVERY woman gets her interval at some time or another, it's okay. i really dont think its sanitary for you to wear a wipe that long you should change if you dont you can possible draw from some kinda infection or bacteria build up and that wouldnt be dutiful at all shifting your pad is a unbelievably normal entity there is nought bad in the region of it all
You really call for to change your wad in that time. You can't only cover up the odor. There is an odor because there is microbes. And that means the possibility of an infection. You can be discreet within changing your wad. Just slip one into your pocket (or if you don't have a pocket, the waistband of your pant with your shirt covering) and basically go to the bathroom as usual. Besides in that being an odor, if you're bleeding heavily departing a pad on that long will front to a leaky pad, and that can be MUCH more degrading and harder to cover up. Just change your wad and get on beside your evening. It will smell if you leave a wad on for 9 hours. Spray will not "mask" it. I understand that you don't want your friends to know so my direction is to put a pad any in your pillow shield, purse or in your makeup pod. When you go to the restroom run in your purse or makeup rucksack and change your wad.
