Ok so today I went to the dr because my breasts be leaking wan discharge very lumpy and sore. He feel them and told me I was full of cysts.. AT LEAST 20. But adjectives he told me was to lay of the caffeine, chocolate and pinch some anti inflammatories. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any tips to receive them to go and stay away and to be free of anguish?
