how can i relieve serious depression during time of the month.
it makes me sick beside worry,paranoid and insecure just about everything...normally i would be a exceptionally confident and humerous and energeic..

I get that too and I find that it help to take the contraceptive pill. Other than that, when I draw from paranoid, upset I remind myself that its my time of month and that I am probably thinking too much about stuff! I surmise u should speak to ur doc. Hormones can really mess u up. I'm going through menopause and I'm all screwed-up. ;-(
