I tried shaving the stubble off but it hurt SO much, and I realize i had sliced adjectives of these little bumps off my skin! I really want to state it, but how can I without adjectives myself? And I also have lots of red bumps. And I already tried using a fresh blade and tons of shaving cream!

Answers:    You cant shave over bumps and ingrowns.
Let the hair grow out, and seize waxed instead, you find less ingrowns that path and you can pluck the small hair as it grows afterwards!

naah it shouldnt hurt :S dont use like razor, moisturise, and of late leave it for a while!! MY one and only advice to you is shave the channel the hair is growing, that should avoind adjectives yourself, and use shaveing cream, and after the hair is one, apply lotion to your skin so it doesnt surface irritated.
