i would agree beside one of the ladies below. i would definately try a smaller absorbensy. if you have a virgin or tiny gap, a super plus absorbency is the way wrong choice. progress with the lights or ultra lights first, later as you adjust, go bigger, base on your flow. also, if you've been goin at it, trying to carry it to fit for the last 15 minutes, its not potential to get any easier. your body parts are going to start swelling. if you can, hang around til tomorrow and give it a fresh start. A;so try using a small amount of KY Jelly on the running out of your Tampon or by rubbing some on the opening of your vagina
i use ob, its really small and have no applicator. i feel no applicator let me direct where the tampon is going. lately relax and spend some time trying. don't get frantic!! when you put one surrounded by, if ur muscles are tense it won't shift in adjectives the way, so relax!! the first time of putting one within kills, but aftr that it doesn't at adjectives.
