When should i start seeing a OBGYN?
i asked my doctor today where i could find one and she said that within England you see your GP instead of a gyno and you dont see them for anything but a pap smear and she said you dont start having that tryout until your 25? and she knows ive be sexualy active since i be 14 (now 19 and with duplicate guy) and have other been told you should turn for check up at least once a year since you become sexualy live & start having pap smear interview after 3years of being sexualy influential.(i just never bothered till immediately because my mum didnt want me going to one?) & i have other read this online to. who is right my doctor or other things ive read and heard as they give the impression of being to out weigh her opinion, is she right?? please explain? i want to stay well and get the oral exam to avoid cancer etc.. like you should, but different doctors explain to me different things what do i do? when did you see your first one?
Answers: You should start getting pap tests done when you become sexually live. The earlier you are when you start getting your extent, the earlier you entail to start getting pap smears. I started my first period when I be 12, and although I didn't become sexually active until I be in my 20's I have my first pap done when I was 15.

I think that for you, you should merely take the inititive to find your own gyno. I wouldn't trust the info that your GP is giving you, base on the fact that you own been sexually moving for a while, and she is telling you that you don't inevitability to have the trial until 25 years of age.
