How did your periods changeover after having it "installed"? lol Did they seize considerably lighter? Go away altogether? For those of you whose periods go away completely, how long did it take for this to surface?

Answers:    I got my Mirena mid November 2007, have a period that unbelievably month and have not see it since.

Not all women abstain from to menstruate after getting fitted with the Mirena. Only 20% of Mirena users stop getting their length. You can see changes (if any) from soon after similar to myself or months to a yr or so later be it lightened/shorter or cessation of period; some women see no change at adjectives.

Results are really on a case to grip basis and there's really no set time frame as to when you'll see a difference, if any.
