You must hold a prescription if you are under 18. I can't explain to you the cost, too many variables (drug plan, location) but you can acquire them at any age (at least surrounded by Ontario). You don't need a prescription.
I don't know how much it costs but I don't presume you can get it short a prescription if you are underage. However, Planned Parenthood should treat you and tell you what to do...procure in near them, they are great. I don't think they're allowed to make clear to your parents. You can't give 20 points.

if your underage, just dance to your local planned parenthood, set up an appointment, ask for the plab b pill, and they'll distribute you the prescription and you just pick it up free of charge..
