*before anyone types this long sermon about std's and getting pregnant, i go to a womens clinic to get checked out and so did he, we other use a condom, he never EVER goes contained by me, and we talked it out and discussed the risks formerly we even considered intercoarse*
but my mom obviously doesnt know, and i'd close to to keep it that track. but she made us both appointments at the same time to dance in and obtain a pap smear. its our family doctor that we adjectives go see and i lately really want to be assured that she can't tell my mom, correct??
appreciation a lot
Answers: NO!! A doctor can not report ANYONE what is discussed in his department. Never. If you are still unsure, ask the receptionist for a copy of HIPPA. That is the privacy act... Good luck
It is dubious for the doctor to disclose any information about you, your results and your strength to anyone including your family short your permission. I don't contemplate they can tell your mother.due to HIPA regulations (I think)...
Your best bet would be to telephone the doctor's office (anonymously) and ask them..
even if you're over 18, the doctor can't share her.. it's confidential. I believe that it is all confidential, but hail as the doctor's office to trade name sure. Its that simple, they won't know who you are, and they will answer honestly. Just like that : )
they can't right to be heard anything
