Do you quality approaching you are going crazy when you start menopause?
Answers: Just live your life as mundane but extra sleep or naps contained by the afternoon it takes away anxiety and anger. Think of the seventh heaven you will feel never have your monthly tormentor again :-)
Menopause, can cause women to seem to be like they are going through a vastly stressful time. But don't be anxious... try and stay unflappable. Your body is undergoing extreme change. How long have you be in it so far? You should try yoga and relaxation. Trust me it should relieve. Eat right, and visit your doctor if unexpected signs appear. Good Luck I'm also in menopause. Just alert everyone you know and nurture about. For put on alert them of your mood swings, and reassure them not to take your outbursts to heart. By mortal honest with them, you won't hold to defending yourself, or reassuring them that you're OK. I alert my kids when I'm having a fruitless day, they pretty much stay clear of me later.lol. It will subside in time, everyone is different though. the biddable news is, NO MORE PERIODS!
