I want to have a breat cutback and a tummy tuck. I'm 26 with 4 kids. I don't want to step the rest of my life looking the opening I do and I want to be able to do things beside my kids. Anyway...I was wondering if I can acquire your experience, your thoughts and maybe a flawless recommendation. Thank you.

Before getting breast moderation consider the side effects (see links below).

"Though they're rare, complications can include infection, bleeding lower than the skin flap or blood clots. You may carry an increased risk of complications if you hold poor circulation, diabetes or heart, lung or liver disease.

You may experience insufficient healing, which can exact more significant scarring or loss of skin. If you do heal poorly, you may require a second surgery.

As we mentioned previously, the scars from a tummy tuck are somewhat prominent and though they may fade slightly, they will never completely disappear."

Is the size of your breasts interfering with your natural life or your health? Instead of a tummy tuck, is it possible to squeeze within gym time or buy gym equipment you can use at home? If you can schedule sometime a week that someone else can watch the kids you can craft that your "big workout day." Throughout the week you can run within the park with the kids (weather-permitting), hurry up and down stairs, jump on a mini trampoline (I reckon they're about 20 bucks at WalMart), exercise along next to DVDs, dance--anything to keep moving. I recommend a stout eating plan and exercise.

diet:
Increase sea, fruit, veggie, nut, fiber (you can buy powders like Benefiber and Fibersure), adjectives grain, and lean meat intake. Add tempeh, buckwheat, wheat germ, ground flaxseed, flaxseed grease, olive oil, and fresh herb (basil, chives, sage, parsley) to your foods. After workouts you can mix a soy- and whey-protein shake (with milk or soymilk. The best-tasting soymilk I've tried so far is chocolate Almond Breeze).

exercise:
Mix cardio (swimming, jogging, hiking, dancing) and solidity training (muscle burns more calories). When lifting weights, for each set do a different number of reps at a different weightiness.

It will take time, especially since you own four kids to take carefulness of, but it's possible to lose weight and shape up in need surgery. Include your kids in your workout plan to net it more enjoyable for you and to set a strong example for them. Maybe one night a week can be family-walk hours of darkness. Since little kids walk slow, perchance it should be an evening for a quick walk briskly up the street or around the block. Find ways to keep exercise and ingestion right a priority but fun at the same time.
