That's normal. Happens to me too. It's big-hearted of like goose bumps. Hair rises when you are cold and the little hair are straightening and causing little bumps. This class of sounds confusing. Sorry! Hope this helps! They're run of the mill.
The swelling is probably caused by an inflammation of the gland that sits trailing the nipple.
This gland produces milk, and it can get swollen or tender, in particular around the time of your period.
This could be cause by other hormonal abnormalities, such as hypothyroidism, so you should draw from this checked out by your doctor.
I don't think this is anything to verbs about, but it's worth going a short time ago for peace of mind.
