or you could smoke a lot of pot, and after eat some bananas.
or, juss use a tampon and soak surrounded by a hot tub.
or use a heating wipe.
but i usually lay on my side and cup my abdomine.
lay on a pillow, glass of wine, chocolate, exercise, pot, 4 Ibu's is lone 800 mg. i find aleve or excedrin work better for cramps . . . but i would take 4 more. you should use a grill pad of some sort. usually when im cramping i'll put a warmth pad on my rear legs - makes me grain much, much better!! hope it helps!!
dont run so many stomach-ache killers.
bear a hot water bottle to bed... appropriate rest.
times like these i munch through very table lamp , helps.
too much medication is fruitless. just relax and furnish it time.
heat purse... it works...oh yeah and i heard exersize! Sometimes when I hold bad cramps i fake in the bed straight and put a thaw out water pouch on my abdomen.

You can use heat pad , to your tummy, plus lay next to your legs spread open, also pat the tummy in circular motions, also transport the ibu or alieve or tylenol..Hope this helps . Lay on your stomach and bend your finger as frozen as you can.Focus on the pain of your finger. Thats what I do. seriously nought else works.
But for the future. TAKE MEDS BEFORE THE CRAPS FLARE UP! As soon as you grain the slightest pain travel get some misery killers and you wont own to deal beside the cramps.
