I am wondering if you hold an IUD, this could cause it. It could come up even five years after it is inserted. It is probabaly OK, but it should be checked out to make sure it will not dislodge or puncture anything if it is making you bleed. And obviously, this could be painless, your only sign will be the bloody discharge period-like stuff.
But if you do not hold an IUD, I would go contained by anyways. Always better safe checking twice regretting never down in that. If you are young irregular period are common and nil to worry roughly speaking. However if you are sexually active you stipulation to ensure that you are not pregnant. Sometimes sex can bring on your period especially if you only ended it or be just in the region of to start one (its a hormone balance thing) If your alarmed go see your doctor. But I'd influence your fine.
