Answers: do your best !!
I know you can ...
it wont take from your time any piece ...trust me .
just with the sole purpose 8 minuets
Here is a step by step plan that you should follow every day.
Mon. Stretch, run a partially of a mile.
Tues. Stretch, run a half of a mile.
Wed. Stretch, run a quarter of a mile.
Thurs. Stretch, and dont run.
Fri. Stretch, run a 3-quarter mile.
Sat. Stretch, run a 3-quarter mile.
Sun. Stretch, run a mile.
Mon. Stretch, run a mile.
Tues. Stretch, dont run.
Wed. Stretch, run a mile.
Continue running a mile. Use a pedometer to determine how far you go, and time yourself. Start sour small and gradually work your bearing up to a mile. You have to superlative the half mile first.
Drink plety of sea, and eat extremely tough. No fats, but plenty of carbs.
Stretch back and after. Breath in your antenna, out your mouth while running. Keep up the pattern. Run within the morning, when it is cooler. Drink plenty of water, but not cold.
Never stop running, basically slow down to a jog.
To start the mile, stride for five mins. then run. Same beside the end. Stretch befor and after.
Have fun!!
I'm 13, 5"0 and 120 pounds.
I can run a mile within 7 minutes.
Don't complain, you can do it by simply running 2 laps a morning.
just work out as much as you can, but not too much. i dont know i cant run i havbe legs from disesase its tough even to type daddy says other TRY HARD AND SUCCESS comes your way
um simply try running a little! That is natural to do, 8min? i run it in similar to 6 min! Then again i am in shape, ok you requirement to run a half hour respectively day!! run around the neighborhood, jumping jacks, stretching your legs, jog in place, going on a tredmill, and thats pretty much adjectives i can think of right very soon ! HOPE I HELPED ! :]
Get out there and start running. Start out next to short distances or shorter lengths of time and work your method up. Make sure you stretch after about 5 minutes of warm up. You don't want to over-do it right from the start.
Good luck to you, and have fun playing lacross this year. run home from university every day until the tryout
As far as the mile run, an average creature walks 2.5 mph. Have someone time you while you run the college track and see what your time is, say one nouns (1/4 mile). Once you have a groundwork time, you can grow from there. Make sure you stretch yourself out since doing any running, etc. It will take time. YOU CAN DO IT! hahaha an 8 min mile is SLOW. i run 3 mile race straight up hills at a 6:35 step. if you cant run 1 mile on flat ground/track at an 8 min pace, you are only plain pathetic.
hehehe worthy luck i ran a 20 min mile and i am 5,2 and 73 lbs so i dont give attention to it has to do next to how much you weigh . . . btw im not anorexic cuz thats wat everybody says Start RUNNING Tomorrow AM!
2/7 run 1/2 mile contained by the AM and PM...that's approx 6 city blocks for a 1/2 mile. (3blocks one way and 3 blocks back)
2/8 same as above (START timing yourself)
2/9 same as above
2/10 same as above
2/11 bump up to 3/4 mile (add 3 more blocks)
2/12 same as above
2/13 same as above
2/14 bump to 1mile (12 city blocks total) within AM and in PM
2/15 same as above
2/16 same as above
2/17 TIME yourself & push it
2/18 TIME yourself & push it
2/19 same as above
breed sure you are in devout phsyical health- may want to get a checkup, MAKE sure to stretch a few min beforehand and start it slow- don't push yourself the 1st few days- just do it...if you push it and hurt your muscles to precipitate you won't be able to save practicing and then you're out.
Good Luck!
