I havent passed gas surrounded by two weeks and i havent pooped contained by 3. what should i do?! im so alarmed! =[?



Answers:    It depends on how "regular" you are. If you normally hold bowel movements everyday, then you are considered "regular". I know seriously of people who aren't "regular" including myself. 3 days is nil if I don't have a bowel movement and I guess that's a short time ago how I was built (and others too).

If you are within pain and within a lot of discomfort, afterwards I suggest getting some sort of laxative because you are constipated.

When my brother was younger, he used to grasp constipated a lot and cause him a lot of dull pain and discomfort. My doctor suggested him getting a thing call Senacot, which you can get over the counter at any drug store. It's a laxative and it worked wonders on him. Every once within awhile after that when he would become constipated, we would give him some Senacott and he would be fine.
Sounds resembling you are severely constipated. If it's been that long I would categorically discuss it with your doctor. If it's constipation he will put you on a laxative to grasp you going and then you will hold to start eating more soft fibers and a improved diet to keep yourself regular. in that otc enemas, they make you progress right away! its best if you have someone do it for you, approaching your spouse or something. there are other things as resourcefully to get your bowels moving. not going that long is unsafe for your health!
Not endorsement gas in 2 wks is not a problem, not moving your bowels surrounded by 3 days is a minor problem You are mildly constipated. Just increase your water intake, increase your fiber intake. And if you are mortified get an over the counter remedy such as Milk Of Magnesia and follow the directions on the bottle. Enemas are a concluding resort, so try to avoid that until you have no choice. boil fresh prunes contained by water keep on for the water to cool down next drink it
