Anyone ever enjoy yeast infection signs, but culture come backbone neg?

I have tested neg for adjectives std's. just hold redness completely mild itching externally. when doc looked at smaple under microscope she said she see yeast, but culture came vertebrae neg? how can this be?

Answers:    I had an external yeast infection that responded to treatment, but the culture come back unenthusiastic. I think it's adjectives for an external yeast infection to come back gloomy on a culture. It's harder to collect a sample substantial enough to seize a positive culture.
Have they tested your pH? Did they rule out bacterial vaginosis? BV is not considered an STD. Usually, if you have signs of a yeast infection that turns out not to be yeast, it's BV, or something intensely similar.

However, in most cases, yeast infections rationale internal itching, and you said you just have external itching. Do you shave down there? That might be cause some redness and irritation. You could try not shaving for a couple weeks, and one and only use water to purify your vulva. Soaps can cause even more itching and irritation.
