I was diagnosed next to POF 2 years ago. Have tried BCP, estrogen/provera and Estratest/prometrium. I want to take a intuitive supplement instead--have to take something because the hot flashes/lack of libdo/headaches are HORRIBLE (I'm 36). Would a progesterone cream (I've see them at the health food store) assist? Or do I have to hold estrogen? I'm going back to the doctor contained by April, but I'd like some suggestions to try contained by the meantime. Thanks!
