I think I hold tonsillitis and I am breastfeeding, does this mean that I wont know how to get it treated or is here a medication suitable for breasfeeding mums? I really dont know if I can handle much more of the throbbing but I dont want to risk anything happening to my babe-in-arms or switch him to formula milk, he is 13 weeks old.

Answers:    Have you been tested for Strep Throat? If not, I would recommend it. You can be treated beside antibiotics while breast feeding. Tylenol is not dangerous during breast feeding. I would recommend any warm drinks ( tea and honey) or trying popsicles. I also recommend drinking LOTS of sea. While it may be painful, it will aid to flush your system. Hopefully this will pass inside a day or two and you can seize back to that little one!
If you get the impression like these things aren't working, name your doctor and find out what you can safely purloin.
