HELP! How can I curb my pregnancy cravings?
Answers: merely eat for a moment bit of what your craving and drink a lot of sea or milk while your eating, thats what i would do if not i would end up consumption more fighting the craving
yes you can i did look u r doing wut u hold to do like exercising and trying to chomp through healthy but u know that adjectives that will disappear after u deliver especially that u work out ..so don't starve yourself from whatever u perceive that u wanna eat..basically enjoy it...righteous luck with everything
Well, congrats on da cove bay bay ha ha.I heard that drinking hose helps abundantly to curve cravings and its good for you too. I also hear that sugar or salt I can't remember which one but you put some on the tip of your tongue and that stops cravings. THe best approach to curve cravings is take a doze lol.Do you work? I had a friend that resourcefully didn't work but she would eat full-bodied and work out but she didn't no much during the day so she would devour healthy, work out and if she get a craving for something "bad" she would take a sleep or sleep it off. Your body forgets and later you wake up perchance time for another meal and you can put away healthy again. I dont know I do that when I'm hungry and I know I already ate to much, mostly second-hand goods so I sleep to pass the time...Of course that's when I didn't enjoy anything to do and could do that.
