I hold tried three different birth controls and respectively time I eventually start spotting?

Also I had a common period finishing month and I am no where close by the time for my period to start. Is in attendance a way to stop the spotting on birth control through varying diets and exercise? I don't want to get rotten of birth control? Any suggestions?

Answers:    Some women just own this issue with the Pill. The use is because the Pill mimics the hormones you have surrounded by your body when you are first pregnant, which prevents your ovaries from releasing new eggs respectively month. You may just be one of those women who would essentially have somewhat bit of spotting with hasty pregnancy, which is normal. Or, this symptom may turn away with time if you stick to one pill.

This seem to happen smaller number frequently for women on a low-dose, single-strength pill (as opposed to the "triphasic" pills which increase contained by hormonal dose each week). You might want to have a chat to your doc about switching to a monophasic pill such as Chriselle if you're not already on a monophasic. If you're on a monophasic, try switchign to a triphasic.
