prepartion H I think you should be in motion to the doctor if you think the hemmorrhoids are internal. They usually prescribe an anti-inflammatory suppository to put up within. If they're on the outside, there are several over the counter creams you can put on them like preparation H. Also, if the problem is constant, I recommend seeing a doctor. I hope this help (the reason I know adjectives this is because my step-mom is a registered nurse).
Try taking fiber tablets on a regular basis will create your BM softer. Try wiping near baby wipe instead of TP too. It doesn't cause so much discomfort.
