Answers: Good for you for being kind and sympathetic and wanting to help! You are doing the best piece you can for her...be there when you can, endow with her TLC and let her know you're in attendance for her. Also asking her if anything you can do is a good entity...in defence there is something special she requirements to drink, etc. Some women suffer terribly during their time of the month and some women do so because of medical problems close to endometriosis. So, if this is her norm or continues, urge her to talk to her doctor something like it.

Just by gentle and wanting to help does manufacture people surface better. Gentle back rubs, getting her a hot hose down bottle, or making her a cup of red raspberry leaf tea are adjectives things that you can do to help her. shift see a doc it should not be that bad she could own an eptopic pregnancy wich is very unpromising good luck
Excersizing is a honest way to carry rid of cramps for a lot of girls.
And Midol also help, and eating banana's help get rid of cramps. She is lucky to enjoy a boyfriend like you. she does not hold cancer. cramps suck. and sometimes are horrible and dont go away even beside medicine. but a hot tub will help. they progress away eventually. just be next to her.

The most you can do is just be in that for her, sometimes it can get really bleeding. You could try getting her a hot bottle or one of those hot/cold packs and making it hot, and she can put that on her lower tummy along with a sedative.
Other than that there isn't impressively much else to do
i get that same excruciating pain and it doesnt completly walk away, but a few ways to somewhat ease the discomfort: take it confident (stop worrying about things that stress you out, i dont know, but it make me feel a bit better), taking a melt bath, bear some pain reliever, and heat pads touch good
and obviously love and care from the folks around always feel good. and sleep profusely First of all she is a severely lucky girl to have a guy close to you..most guys dont even wanna hear about that...but ne who to ur quiz try and take her mind of it..usually if you dont reason about something it doesnt hurt as much...my friend used to find cramps like that so doomed to failure sometimes she wouldnt be able to way of walking and her mom would have to cart her to the hospital but then she started excersizing closely and it doesnt even bother her ne more.
if you're telling the truth, you're one of the best boyfriends ever. massively rare. communicate her to take midol, drink some hot tea, use a heat pad on her stomach, and find some sleep. maybe rob her some chocolate - i always love chocolate. People, dont furnish this guy a fright.
Anyway. If you say your girlfriend is have her period and discouraging stomach pain/cramps, then she's have dysmenorrhea. Almost all girls experiences this every time they hold their period but, it can selection from no pain to severe misery. but if she is having this past her period later its PMS. (the before and after matter so i just cleared it up)
