Answers: It enduring sounds like your body is preparing itself. I really delight in helping, and it sounds like you could use some. You don't hold to be alone in this, or anything else if you don't want to be. I'm home bound and this is the with the sole purpose kind of correct I can add to the world, one human being at a time. If you need answers or support or doesn`t matter what write me at msspelled(a)hotmail.com. I'm 50 so I've been through abundantly, but I'm not judgmental. If I can make a difference for basically one person, it's sooo substantial to me. I know, I'm a bit odd, but I still own a lot of fitting information.

Your first period is when menstrual fluid, which looks similar to blood with clots contained by it, comes out of your vagina. Everything else is puberty but not your first period.
And yes, you can ask your mum and gran -- why not? They'll convey you. They're probably waiting for you to ask. If you really can't, look for a teacher. You can also suggest going to a doctor for your headache and asking the doctor.
Honestly it just nouns like puberty contained by general, but that may be the start of getting your extent. It depends...
Are you having cramps, and have there be any blood yet?
You might of late... be sick...
Apetite and cravings increase during times of hormone changes or inconsistency. Yes that is regular for puberty. Headaches can be too.
My first cycle was miserable. You should see poorly lit clotted blood or bright red blood.
If you haven't had a cycle you're probably going to anytime in a minute.
