I have appointment next to my gynecologist for pap smear in couple of days, will it be ok if I turn to a spa one day earlier and have a Colon Hydrotherapy and Detox Massage?

Shouldn't be any problem. The two systems aren't connected. Yes. Colon Hydrotherapy is one and only concerned with your colon and won't interfere near the results of your pap smear test.

If you enjoy a look at this basic diagram you'll see that the anus(where the tube for colon hydrotherapy is inserted) and the vagina(where the speculum for the pap smear question paper is inserted) are completely different orifices. So there'll be no interference.
