Is at hand an comfortable diet plan for me for when im at arts school?

I want to lose a bit of weight until that time my prom and it really hard to maintain up with the diets i see contained by magazines, so i be just wondering if theres a consistent packed lunch diet i could shift on?

Answers:    Eat lots of fruit, vegetables & salad and do lots of exercise - walk to and from academy if that's possible & try to do some cardio such as running for half an hour at least possible 3x a week.
Try packing foods that have no sugar or sugar substitute surrounded by them. I would take tuna, or sliced meat (leftovers- not presliced from the deli shield at the market) and fruit. If you want to make a sandwich, carry whole crumb bread. There is likely some sugar used contained by it, but not too much.

Stay away from sodas and sweets of all types.

snack get low grease crisps snack jacks are nice
Does your school own a salad bar? use that or bring adjectives fruit jelly pb&j on 12 grain. Dont drink any sweets really just nouns up on your fruits and veggies and make sure to drink plenty of sea
