Contraceptive pill and nausea...?

I've been on the combined pill (melodene) for in the order of six months, and have never have side effects. However, for the past week I've be feeling extremely unsettled, and its worse just after I thieve the pill (which I take newly before bedtime). What could be cause it, given that I've never had problems formerly? Could I be pregnant? Or do I just want to switch to a different pill?

Answers:    well it may be that your taking it up to that time bedtime. have you tried I don`t know a glass of milk or some bread since taking the pill. some pills may cause a gastric indigestion problems that head to nausea if they are not taken with some food that can be broken down. try this and if it still continues speak to your doctor more or less the problem.
