Horseback riders- Tampons or Pads?
I use Playtex Sport or other clean, but just at night next to the pads. I would perfer to stick next to the tampons, but i don't want to leak.

Tampon, impossible to ride within pads. :P Use a pantiliner if you are worried, but you should be fine. I'd turn for the tampon and wear a very slender panty shield for accidents.
I other use a tampon when riding and a panty liner for a little extra protection (especially when surrounded by a show). Now, leisure riding - The really diaphanous pads that are made for thongs are a worthy alternative also, They don't feel as discouraging as the "diaper" pads and you don't enjoy to worry nearly them falling out! use a pad, it will assistance cushion your lady parts whilst riding upon your bouncy horse.
remember excessive tampon use can result contained by TSS, for your own health it's astute to switch between pads and tampons.
use pad because if you're on a horseback and you wear tampons, then you'll surface uncomfortable and you can get hold of hurt or something... Tampons won't fall out, and they are so much cleaner than pad. I'd use a tampon, it might feel a tad funny when you are trotting though.
Use your Playtex Sport beside a thin wipe. I personally resembling the Playtex Sport tampons and I think you're using some of the best out within, but using a thin wipe will give you some extra protection freshly in defence.
