Answers: Next time you pee, stop within the middle. Do that same motion when you aren't peeing.
A kegel excersise squeezes the same muscles that start and stop urine. When you are using the bathroom, you can narrate you are doing them when you start and stop. Try it a couple of times so you know what it feels similar to, and then do it lacking using the bathroom to strengthen the muscles. Happy squeezing! Well, you've got this sling of muscle from your pelvic bone to your tailbone right? What you own to do is pull that muscle up. Just focus on clenching and pulling the complete deal down at hand UP.
Think of it as the opposite achievement of if you were trying to pee really thorny.
If you can stop urine while you're peeing, that's usually a pretty good indication that you're doing it.
My OB only just told me this the other day. She said you clench your coochie muscles (my word, not hers...lol) and hold it for 10 second. do 10 or 20 reps a day.
