Answers:    it's probably a pimple. you can get acne ANYWHERE on ur body. of late don't try to pop if there's puss inside. just rinse it regularly with anti-bacterial soap. I don`t know try dove; it's also moisturizing.
do you play a sport that makes you sweat greatly? or do you wear cotton underwear? when you sweat down there, the sweat will collect surrounded by ur underwear and bacteria will start to grow. to prevent this, as soon as ur done exercising, or playing a sport, wipe urself down in attendance as soon as possible. if you can't, bring an extra underwear and change. when ou grasp home, take a shower right away.
