My mom is going through menopause?

My mom is going through menopause, and she is miserable. The bake flashes for her are beyond the pale. Is within a vitamin or a supplement she could transport to assist her beside her symptoms? It breaks my heart to see her be miserable. She doesn't want to steal estrogen pills because she is worried to be exact could wreak heart interrupt.
