Answers:    Go on the pill to comfort reduce the amount of blood lost, and back to ease the strain alot.
Also, chocolate DOES actually do wonders for time of year pain.
I cart a warm hip bath, use a heating wad and lay on the couch, use a heat patch, or bring some tylenol. hold a hot water bottle against your tummy

run for long walks - excersize help a lot!

munch through chocolate or bananas

my cousin says bananas are perfect for cramps and she also said chocolate but i think choolate isnt . ive tried bananas tho and some exersise help too. :) exercise, stretch, sleep, take ibuprofin, chomp through bananas(potassium), drink milk, dont have too much brackish or caffeine, take a thaw out bath, dangle out w/ your friends
i have found out that caffeine make mine worse. try to not drink any cokes for a day.

also intake raisins helps profusely, since they have closely of iron in them, they comfort you get over losing so much blood.

try to drink vegetables and fruits, while this may not help at first, it'll bring you healthier so you're not so drained when you're done.

oh yeah, midol is probably a payment from god, so take some of that.

and a short time ago to let you know, if you hold too much pain during your period you can see a gynocoligst and they can perscribe you with birth control, which really take the edge rotten of your period and shortens them.

i drink lots of tea.
and eat lots of bananas. they hold tons of iron which helps eat up cramps. in certainty, they have them at football games for when the players catch cramps.
just stay away fom saline because of the affect on retaining water and bloating.
and i find that midol help but i try only to use that when i reallyy call for it. like on the first light of day or two when my cramps are at the worst. but i dont like putting things within my body that i dont really need. (like medication) but i must influence, it helps seriously.
