gurl...if i was you...i would be eatin some chocolate and cuddled up surrounded by bed...if you have a boyfriend, or newly a close friend...they can rub on your ovaries...if this dosent calm you down afterwards you need to return with outside cause riding my bike outside contained by the nice fresh air really calm my nerves and makes my cramps settle Obviously I am not a womanly, but having be in relationships and have sisters, it seems that BC pills work best plus Ibuprofen as in good health. I also carry wolfbane near me during this time of the month too!
