Ortho tri cyclen?

Every now and after I see a commerical for if you had a stroke, ext. on ortho (something) to ring up them. I didn't take that hard to please pill but I did take ortho tri cyclen. I have mini strokes on them and have a mri that shows a small nouns of dead brain cell (1 cm) I think that be how big it was. Should I hail as that number and see if they do ortho tri cyclen too? Or do you know any settlements about ortho tri cyclen. I in fact haven't been audible range anything about it lately.
