I didn't have much to address about myself until capably into my freshman year when all of a sudden, bam! I be a late bloomer, but boy, did I bloom. It be pretty awkward to go from boobless to shazam surrounded by a matter of months.
And I know how you quality about your mom person kind of small, too. I be really embarrassed more or less asking for a new bra, especially since my mom doesn't own much. My dad wondered where the heck I get them from.

You aren't even in large school but don't worry something like it! You still have plenty of time to grow. The likelihood are you will take after your mum but you never know... Some girls can grow them, others hold to buy them. So, find a man with money.
