This is my first month on the NuvaRing and I was going to hold on to the ring in for a month instead of disappearing it out for the ring free week. I started spotting though in the middle of my third week so i took the ring out yesterday. I be going to change the ring on the 15, which is surrounded by a couple days. Would it be ok to go ahead and put the modern ring in short waiting a whole week beside it out or since I already took it out, do I have to skulk a whole week for the untried one?

Answers:    You can put in a up to date one now. Be aware that it can thieve up to three months for your system to get used to the ring, so it may be better to try skipping your period after that. Also, you're more likely to take breakthrough bleeding if you don't let your body enjoy a period every three months or so.
