Abs lower than grease? cardio philosophy!?
i feel my abs below my stomach. i have done masses crunches/ situps for a while. so i know i have abs. but i enjoy fat over my abs on my stomach. i know crunches/situps dont't work. and i know i inevitability to burn the fat next to cardio. but what are some easy, simple, decisive cardio things that you have done that worked for you? gratefulness soooooo much, i really appreciate your answer!
Answers: Running, jogging, and freshly walking briskly are things you can do at home.. If you join a gym you own more options.. I love the egg-shaped. I do that for about 45minutes 4-5days a week after I also do the treadmill sometimes. Also follow a low calorie diet and you should see results.

it's freeing and relaxing as well as right excersise.
lots of people enunciate it's the best way to burn obese.
or ride your bike.
if you don't want to go outside and run for miles and miles. find a treadmill or an excersise bike.
just try for similar to thirty minuets every day. along beside a few different types of crunches at night. trust me it give me nice abs and i'm only fourteen.
