For those who have been pregnant once before....?

Short and to the point.
go on pills two months past marriage ceremony (mine)
stopped pill a week into third month - Nov. 18 (period)
Got a material time Dec. 21
Unprotected sex, Jan.6, Jan. 20, Jan. 26.
Began Spotting Feb.2-still somewhat today (light pink, beige/brownish)
Breast are sore..be pregnant previously and remember the niggle individual more uncomfortable (but torment very soon is promanant on sides,ouch! and stable for two weeks)
I've interview 12 times- denial even recentley closing week.
IS this majority, the breast cramp, would it be alike as my first time, or smaller number? (that is if I am pregnant)
Need opinion. I hold a dr. appt. on Tues (13th)

Every pregnancy is different....Especially if ur pregnant beside the oppisite sex after what u have formerly. I would win checked but resembling i said every pregnancy is different
