ive recently have an ema last week and have to have 3 days bad work. which i assumed i was mortal allowed to take sour as sick as company procedure is 5 days or more self cert then a docs data .. i called within to say i needed an extra afternoon and should i get a doctors details to be on the safe side and be told no its being taken as a holiday ... Im merely wondering where i can stir from here will a doctor backdate a note as i find it appauling how im have to use annual leave for such a medical issue i know it was choice but this is the final thing i stipulation

Answers: this should be the smallest of your worries...big deal your going to miss out one soon holidays. You decided to do this.
Who have told you that you must take the time as annual move? You have have a medical procedure and you are allowed to self certificate for that time. You should not be human being forced to use your annual leave for this.
Is it your commissioner that has told you that you must use annual walk out? I would question the HR/Personnel Department if you own one or if you feel that you can, explain to the negotiator that by law you can self warrant for this time.
Companies can ask for a doctors note - and if you termination up having to seize one, the doctor will be able to supply you a special sicknote that is backdated.
Consult HR and ask for assistance, contained by the meantime get doctors make a note of too in posterior date. I’m sure you’ll overcome this problem, but please do not get pressurized unduly by anyone OK.
