Answers: Eat chocolate (dark chocolate is way better) and when you aren't contained by pain, work out (however you want to). It releases endorphins within your brain that trigger happiness and misery relief! :D That and warm/hot (as hot as you can touch it) baths help a bunch. Keep a cold dampen or something beside you though.. and if you feel dizzy, step out.
a thaw out bath,some yummy rime cream,a hot water bottle and a movie you can snuggle up to on the couch!
and i also hear eating bananas help with them to :P
even though you don't want to filch medicine freshly try taking an advilif your up for some excersize go for it,but individually i wouldn't feel resembling excersize though it does help.
strecthing your stomach...do a bridge Excersize help. And also banana's

yeah it's pretty hard and respectively person is different. even though you want to curl up within a ball and not move it is best to stretch out. ibuprofen works great for me. you should at most minuscule try it once. i know that you don't like tablets, but taking 2 tylenol and having a hot tub REALLYYYY helps!!
Something that used to assist for me were Thermacare bake wraps. There are some that are made specifically for cramps. It has a sticky side that you stick to the appropriate nouns. I liked it like mad because it worked likea heating wipe, but I could still wear it at school or work. You can return with them at a wal-mart, walgreen's, or sometimes certain pharmacies will fetch them. You can go to www.thermacare.com for more information if you want. try a hot dampen bottle or drinking something warm as a matterof certainty just keeping melt will help.
if you exercise up to that time or during your period you will own little or no cramps it works for me.
