when can you normally make clear to if you're going to hit your growth spurt? i'm 5'4'' and i'm supposed to be 5'9''. i haven't hit my growth spurt yet (obviously) and be wondering when you normally hit it. i will be 14 surrounded by 8 days, anyone have any concept?

Genetic's, Stress Levels, Sleep, and perchance Nutrition?
I have hear that girl's grow between the ages of 12 and 14.
Don't believe that. It's absolute rubbish. And you nouns tall satisfactory. Hey at least your not fourteen and looking up at individuals from your 5'0 like me!

Who said you were going to be 5'9"? When I be 15, I grew maybe 2-3 more inches and afterwards stopped. Everyone is different. You can't really say how much you will grow and when.
