(a) risk of TMI we use to have a extraordinarily satisfying & active sex vivacity. I was able to hold multiple orgasm and was considered 'very tight'
Since we've split up over a year ago well...I've solely had sex a few time (with him) and now observe that if I sneeze or something I sometimes 'leak' It is VERY embarrassing and when spoke to Dr. he suggested Kegel Exercises. -I didn't get into adjectives the details with him as I did here tooo embarrassed obverse to face. For record I'm still to some extent young (30's) so I don't think (hope) it's an age item.
Will the Kegals work? Have/Are my vaginal muscles getting weak/loose? Will these exercise help with bladder control AND vaginal muscles?
Pleas serious answers merely.
Answers: YES. Kegels exercise and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which are the same muscles you clench when you're trying to hold pee in AND control orgasm. Basically, the muscles you want to use are the ones right around the center of the vagina. If you're have trouble locating them, next time you go to the bathroom, try to stop the urine midstream. You should be capable of figure it out in 1 or 2 tries.
You should know how to flex them without moving any other muscles, which makes it an unforced exercise no matter where you are. If you do 10-50 sets per sunshine, it will help *a lot* with your issues. Just squeeze tight and release, over and over. Hold respectively squeeze for as long as you can.
